Andrea has been working as an IT journalist, consultant and translator in Germany, Japan and France since 1995. She published/co-authored two books on IT, published various articles in magazines and newspapers and gave presentations at conferences. Until 2005 Andrea had been the General Manager of the EGIS Consulting Tokyo office, assisting International clients in their strategies for the Japanese IT market. From 2004 to 2005 Andrea also studied eastern and western medicine in Tokyo. Since 2008 she lives near Paris and works as a technical translator, copywriter and university lecturer for technical and scientific translation. Andrea holds a M.A. degree in Japanese Economy and Journalism and a state-certification for English/German translation.
