• Express Blower Benelux BV is a young, dynamic companyspecialized in replacing and yielding of compost, tree bark, woodcock/chips and peat. With its long flexible hose it can reach difficultaccessible places up till 200 meter.

• Our enterprise is also a supplier of all of the products mentionedabove and we are able to deliver soil improvable goods and bottomcovering goods. We deliver products and advice based on thecustomer’s needs.

• Because of the endless possibilities which the revolutionarytechnique of the Express Blower provides, it is possible to mix dryproducts, such as seeds, through our special soil blends. TheExpress Blower makes it also possible to inject fluids, like manure,humid sour and colour pigments. Blending all these liquids takesplace during blowing process.

• An important specialization on producing a beautiful lawn, sportsfield or slope, the Express Blower now applies soil mix, fertilizer, andgrass seed in one easy application, called Terraseeding™. Afteryears of research, done by Express Blower Inc., Terraseeding™ isproven as one of the most effective methods available to stoperosion.

• For renovating or replacing a new lawn Express Blower introducesoverseeding. When renovating or replacing lawns Express Blowerblows a layer 1-2 cm on the existing lawn. This permits the existinglawn to keep growing. The layer which is blown on top of it is solelymeant to sow damaged parts of the lawn and to feed it.

• An Ecoberm can be used virtually anywhere silt fence is used. Unlikesilt fence, however, an Ecoberm has been proven to be 99%effective in fields of erosion control, is entirely organic, easilyinstalled, requires little or no maintenance, and does not need to betorn down and discarded in a landfill. Hence, an Ecoberm is asolution to prevent filthy water drainage of roads to surface waterand protection of construction territory.

Operating by one person by remote control, the Express Blower allows youto quickly and efficiently spread large quantities of organic materials suchas compost, tree bark, wood cock/chips, peat and several sorts of sandand grind up to 2 cm diameter, even to the remotest locations.

The Express Blower saves valuable time and labour costs. The ExpressBlower will spread five times what a 5 person crew can do in one day. Itwill also allow you to reduce your overall cost of spreading materials,eliminate unnecessary employee risk, and allow you to expand yourbusiness by greatly reducing your job completion times.

Hardwood, softwood, and coloured wood mulch have never been appliedmore effortless, and the smooth, professional look of the blown material isunrivalled. With the remote control, the volume of output can be adjustedquickly to a minimum flow for spreading around delicate flowers or turnedup higher in more wide open areas.

The quality of the product which is used combined with the total blowdistance set the capacity of the Express Blower. This varies from 3 m� to40 m� p/h.

By using the patented process the Express Blower can inject drycomponents, like compost with seeds and manure in the hose during theblowing process.

This technique makes it also possible to blend liquids (colour pigments,humid sour) with dry components. This makes it possible to colour mulchor wood chips. When colouring wood chip or other dry components thecolour pigment should be well dosed and tested in advance.

For colouring wood chips by using iron oxide the Express Blower cancolour the wood chips in red/brown. Iron oxide is a natural raw materialand does not have a negative effect on the environment.

Make money with your Express Blower truck while it’s not even out on ajob. In those off-times, such as at night or on the weekends, producecoloured mulch or wood chips using our patented process. You have nowcreated a premium product to sell at a premium price. Depending upon

your preference, mulch or wood chips can also be coloured on the job siteas you apply the product.

Terraseeding™

Terraseeding™ is the most effective seeding process available today.Express Blower's patented Supplemental Injection System providesprecisely calibrated injection of seed and other granular components intothe primary product such as compost and soil mixes. This exclusiveprocess yields faster, more uniform germination and healthier turf.

Terraseeding™ helps protect the seed and allows it to root down into thesoil. The seed does not lie on top of the soil exposed to the elements.

As you can see, after 20 days you have a beautiful mowing field.

Terraseeding™ is also perfect for new lawn installation, renovation, or fortopdressing over existing lawn or turf, which we call overseeding. Whenrenovating or replacing lawns Express Blower blows a layer 1-2 cm on theexisting lawn. This permits the existing lawn to keep growing. The layerwhich is blown on top of it is solely meant to sow damaged parts of thelawn and to feed it.

Slope and verges

Terraseeding™ is perfectly suitable for sowing slopes and verges. Becauseof the steep slope and the inaccessibility of the project is it often labour

intensive work and therefore very costly. The Express Blower with its longand flexible hose is able to reach inaccessible places. Even if bad weathercauses an obstacle, the Express Blower can still do the job.

Ecoberms® and Ecoblankets

Ecoberms® and Ecoblankets are environment friendly solutions for waterdrainage from roads and construction territory. When it rains a largeamount of drainage from the road and construction territory floats into thesurface water and causes pollution of the surface water.

By applying dykes (Ecoberms®) the drainage is being filtered in abiological manner. The compost of which the Ecoberm® consists isenriched by sieve fractions of Microblend®. Due to the activity of microorganisms in the Microblend® some harmful combinations arebiodegradable decomposable.

The slopes can be foreseen of Ecoblankets. Ecoberm® and Ecoblanketscan be sowed by means of Terraseeding™.
