Background InformationFollowing is a general overview of how we would expect a relationship between International Licensees and Distributors and Voztec to be structured and executed.

Licensee/Distributor Commitment • Ability to generate sufficient sales

Voztec SupportMarketing

• Where appropriate, Voztec brochure Co-Branded (amount to be determined)

• Artworks supplied free of charge for customised brochure but must use Voztec branding

• Website exposure & promotion of partners

• Authorised Dealers will receive Helmet Display stand, brochures, logos and Voztec Authorised Dealer Certificate

Sales Support

• Media strategy to leverage Distributor exposure, both trade and general media

• Establishing an Authorised Dealer Network through the Distributor Centre. Develop an Authorised Dealer Checklist

• Sales and product training for Licensees/Distributors and Dealers staff at each location

• Joint Sales presentations with Voztec and Licensees/Distributor’s sales teams

• Trade show support and Professional Fitting instruction

• Lead generation supplied to Licensees/Distributors
