in weight loss because it determines how much you'll gain or lose. By eating fewer calories each day and
burning them off through exercise, soon enough you will be fit.
Speaking generally, you'll want to pace your breathing so that you're exhaling after each weight-lifting
rep you do. That helps your body to take in more air after exhaling, and ultimately you can use more
energy.
If you feel like losing weight, you should go for it. If you want to get fit, do it! Keep in mind that these
goals should be yours alone, and not something done to please others. By trying to impress other people
with your fitness, you will lose motivation quickly.
The ideal compliment for a good fitness program is a healthy diet. If you eat well, your body will receive
proper nutrients, generate more energy and be more receptive to weight loss efforts.
To increase the level of mass in your body, lift heavier weights. Choose a muscle group to start with,
perhaps the chest or the biceps. Start with lighter weight to warm up your muscles. Try a lot of reps of
light weights to get your blood and muscles ready. The next set should include about 6 to 8 repetitions
with a heavier weight. Add about five more pounds and repeat.
