F-4S Phantom II Slatted Wingsconversion setFor Tamiya F-4J kit
The Tamiya F-4J kit includes unslatted
wings. Our conversion includes the out-
er wings and slats plus the inner wing
slat actuators. To make the attachment
of our part easier, inner wing hinges
are already part of the outer wings.
The F-4S was installed with the pilot’s
VTAS helmet mounted sight system.
The VTAS sensors are assembled
as shown on Figures 1. The system
should be place on the front canopy
on both sides of the frame as seen in
figure 2.

Scribe the slat line and attach the hinges as seen.

Fold the photo-etch lips of each fence and glue it on to the wings in line of the snitch in the slat. See the photo above. Replace the unslatted wings from the Tamiya kit with our parts.
