Breastfeeding Café (Fridays, 11.00am-1.00pm) Join us at our Breastfeeding Café where we can give you lots of information and support just when you need it. These are great places to make new friends and share the ups and downs of looking after a new baby. You’ll generally meet a mix of other mums who are just starting to breastfeed,
volunteers who have breastfed their own babies in the past and have had training in breastfeeding support. We can offer one to one support for families and sessions for Dads and
partners. Learning the same information as your partner and discussing it together can be really helpful, especially in the early days when
everything is very new and sometimes feel over whelming. Join us for a cup of tea, magazine and to meet new people.
The Café launches on Friday 6th February from 11:00am-1:00pm, then every following Friday We look forward to welcoming you!
Baby Signing
What is baby signing? Babies use all kinds of signs and gestures as a natural part of learning to talk. Encouraging your baby with extra signs like milk, more, change nappy or tired will help your
baby communicate. Baby signing with Sing and Sign is easy because we make it fun to learn! Your baby will recognise
important words sooner and can use the signs to “talk” to you before speech.
Join us as part of FAB group on Wednesday 11th February and 11th March from 1.30-2.30pm for a baby signing and singing session, lots of simple gestures and well known nursery rhymes to share
with your baby.
