A truly luxurious spa experience with heated water, massaging water jets,air bubbles and a panoramic view of surrounding countryside.The outdoor pool seats provide water jets to give an intense massage toyour back. • Treatments can be booked either by e-mail or calling the spa direct. To guarantee your perfect time and date, please book well in advance.

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time. This will allow you to be fully relaxedand have completed or updated your wellness questionnaire. Should you arrive late for your appointment, we will endeavour to fulfil the treatment time.

• All our treatment times include consultation and aftercare advise

• Full payment is required upon booking. This is non-refundable

• Please provide us with at least 72 hours notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule.

• All vouchers must be brought on the day to redeem against your reservation. Failure to do so will result in your spa day being cancelled.

• In an effort to provide a totally relaxed environment, we ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone in public areas in the spa.

• Photos and videos are not permitted to be taken in the spa.

• A swimming costume is obligatory when using our thermal suites.

• Underwear must be worn during treatments.

• Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time.

• For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the thermal suites. Treatments for children under16 are restricted and they must be accompanied by an adult: please ask at the spa reception for further details

• On making your reservation, please advise us if you have any health concerns or if you may be pregnant so that we can guide you towards the best treatments. Some of our treatments are not suitable for pregnancies within the first trimester.

• If you would like us to create a bespoke treatment plan during your stay, private spa consultations are available free of charge by appointment.

• We recommend you leave all valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for any missing items in the spa. Jewellery needs to be removed prior to treatments commencing.
