FACE BOOK the first generation
If Thefacebook (its original title) was founded on February 4th, 2004, and its
general membership at the time was college students in their early twenties,
that would mean that today, that generation is about 28-32 years old. That narrows down the decade of 2050 being when they all reach 70– when we’ll
assume that they’ll all die off.
Sorry, first generation.
That’s about 40 years from now. But hold on just one second. People haven’t joined Facebook in chronological order by their age. No way– this specific generation was just the one to catch on first. This means that it will actually be way before 2050 when we’ll start to see the Facebook graveyard become a household idea.
