With most updated technology & machinery our sample room is able to produce 65 pcs of samples per day. Our experienced pattern masters use the latest CAD software to make accurate patterns and maximum yield. Our in-house technical team with the help of mannequins, make sure the fit is perfect.
Sample Section
For any new order all the rawmaterials (i.e. the shell fabric, thepocketing fabric, fusing, trims andaccessories, etc.) are received bythe stores department.Main functions of storesDepartment are: Fabric inspection on 4 point system Accessories inspection AQL 2.5 To maintain an inventory of all the material received. To issue material to the various departments as per their
requirement. The material which are maintained by the storesdepartment

At this moment our production capacity 7,50,000 pcs per month based on basic 5 pockets pants or 600,000 tailored and casual chino pants, considering 26 working days in a month and as per labour law act 2006, working 10 hours maximum per days in 23 lines.
Production Capacity
Our cutting section is equipped with 5 tables Size : 78 feet (Length) x 6 feet (Width) . With a capacity to cut 30,000 pcs per day. All parts numbering and quality checking is also carried out . We have 3 high capacity Japanese made Hashima fusing machines, for fusing interlining. We are in the process of automating our cutting adding auto spreaders and auto cutters.
Cutting Section
Sewing SectionWe have 21 sewing lines equipped with machines from Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Kansai and other renowned Brands. Each line is equipped with a minimum of 50 Machines, capable of sewing primarily woven bottoms and woven jackets.We use Industrial engineering (I.E) to maximize our production output & efficiency.We follow the Traffic Light System for Quality, and we also have Mid line/End line checking for Quality.Our sewing floor is well ventilated with cooling fans to maximize the comfort of the workers.

We maintain a strict Needle control policy. Every broken needle pce is accounted for before issuing new
needles to the sewing
The Traffic Light System helps us to control and monitor inline sewing

PACKAGINGOur Packing section can pack 30,000 pcs per day, all our garments are 100% checked through a needle detector. Rechecked to pack family shades in cartons. Cartons are packed according to buyers specifications, either assorted or solid, we also have arrangements for hanging packing of goods.

We are in the process of Setting up our sustainable washing project with laser machines, sustainable washing machines, Ozone machines and Eco Fog machines with Nano bubble technology. Along with a Biological ETP facility, which will significantly reduce our environmental foot print.
New Sustainable Washing Facility Being Setup
E.T.P PlantOur Existing ETP Plant has a capacity of 60 m3/hour.Our Under process ETP for our Sustainable washing facility will be a 50 m3/hour, Biological ETP, further reducing our environmental footprint.
