Step 6 - Roof assembly
Before fitting the roof panels seal the edges with silicone. This will help stop water penetrating the flutes of the twinwall.Temporally position x 3 roof panel TW182 onto the assembly. In between each panel use a joiner J6. Slot each roof panel into J6, position the assembled panels centrally onto the canopy and against the wall, there should be an overhang of approximately 30mm along the front. We recommend a bradawl or some sharp implement to pierce the twinwall, a drill will leave swarf in the flutes. The hole should be made to align with the groove in RLD10 and RL10.
At both corners of the end panel fix in position with a self tapping screws U, remove the other 2 panel for access. Continue fixing the first panel there should be 4 screws along the back and front and 4 down the side.Slide J6 onto TW182 lining up the 2 holes with RL10. Fix in position using self tapping screws U. Note: J6 should be flush with both panels at the wall.Slide in the middle roof panel TW182 and fix back and front with 4 screws each.Slide on the other J6 and fix back and front with screws U.Finally slide the last roof panel into J6 and fix with screws U, 4 at the back and front and 4 down the side.

Step 2 - End assembly
Start making up the end panel by inserting RL6 into the bottom hole of US8. Line up the 2 holes, use the supplied drill bit to help ease out the holes if necessary. Prepare a fixing bolt using a nycap Nc and 28mm stud N.
Screw the stud into the nycap (see top detail). Push the assembled bolt through the hole to join together RL6 and US8. From the other side screw in another nycap Nc to secure together.
With the slot towards the front push IG4 into US8. Slide the side panel TW183 into both slots in IG4 and RL6.
Push RLD10 into US8 making sure that TW183 fits into the slot, line up the holes.

Prepare the assembly for fixing to the wall. Drill 4 x 5mm holes equally spaced along the centre of RL10. Also 1 x 5mm hole in the bottom of each US8 (see above). With help position the frame against the wall making sure it is level, mark the 6 fixing holes onto the wall.Remove the frame and drill the holes using a 6mm masonry bit for the supplied bolts AB.Alternatively use your own fixings as required.
Use a packing piece FS2A between wall and RL10 to allow for the nycaps, and/or any irregularities in the wall.Offer the frame back up against the wall line up the holes and fix in position using the 6 x wall bolts AB and packing pieces as required.Tighten all nycaps.
