Although most churches do not see themselves as businesses, they have the same components as any business.VisionPeopleDataIssuesProcessTraction

All Components Working Together

Everyone connected to the Church must work together for the good of the Churchs success.

Everyone in position at the Church must be capable of filling that position for the entire Church to function properly

Consistent training must be given for everyone to always perform according to the growing needs of the Church.PastorAssistant To

Effective Ministry is Life

When ministry is driven by a Spirit filled Pastor, it will move and grow!

Effective Ministry Flows and GrowsEvaluating existing position of Faith Walkers and comparing to initial vision and expected progress will determine urgency of need or change and training.

Additional programs, staff or ministries may be necessary as well as changes in current staff and ministry leaders.

Commitment and dedication are usually created by the Head and determination is contagious.

A church is not really a church if all they do is done inside the church, only for church members and only on Tuesday and Sunday.
