Carpool UpdateThank you for your patience and care as we have changedthe carpool pattern. One aspect of our new plan did not workas well as we hoped, therefore, we are changing the exit forthe parking lot in between our building and Coast Hills. Thearea that was blocked off will now be opened to allow directexit from the parking area back into the Coast Hills Driveway. The exit is marked Area C on the map. We will also havestaff directing traffic through the exit. One reminder, we are a cell free zone during carpool hours.

Parent Identification CardsWe will be distributing new parent ID cards to all parents (new parents have likely alreadyreceived their card). School issued ID cards are an important step in helping us know who isauthorized by you as a parent to pick your child up. When you check in currently we ask for adriver's license and you are then cleared through our security system. The parent ID will helpus know that you have been cleared in our system. This will speed up the check in processwhen you visit campus. We hope to have these cards available for you in the next two weeks.Once passed out we are asking you to use this card whenever you visit the campus.

If the date(s) for your division does notwork for your schedule, please feel free to attend another date that does work. Theroundtables will take place on campus in the IB Hub. Please note that the roundtablepreviously scheduled for September 6 has been cancelled. New families, please click here for dates and to RSVP.
