payment is due at the time of enrollment. If you plan to mail a check we cannot take a phone registration. A copy of the registration form and check must be mailed together and arrive before classes begin.

Unless otherwise noted - Fall Classes Start 9/11/17 are 1 hour in length, and run for 10 weeks. Registrations and payments are due by 9/1/17. SD= Start date if different from above

CLASS DESCRIPTIONSALL CLASSES are “mixed level” modifications will be offered to suit all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

Bodyshaping 20-20-20 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes of resistance training/weights, and 20 minutes of floor work. Bring a set of handweights & a floor mat. CardioDANCE Easy to follow fat burning dance routines that get you in shape while having fun! NEW! CARDIO GROOVE Easy to follow dance routines will get your heart pumpin without the jumpin! Designed for all ages and no dance experience required. You will have a blast while grooving to your favorite tunes! Bring 1 or 2 lb. weights. NEW! CHISEL GROOVE Who said heavy weights and grunting were necessary to tone up your muscles? We know resistance bands (provided) will get the job done and will give you that lean bodywithout bulking up! Say “bye-bye” to those bingo arms forever. CardioKICK A combination of non contact cardio/martial arts that will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Burn serious calories, look and feel great. Bring a floor mat. Pilates Fusion Low impact, mat based exercises that build strength, tone and stretch. Pilates Fusion may be traditional mat or include the use of bands, weights, rollers or discs. Bring a floor mat.

The Wet Workout A shallow water workout great for cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and coordination. Great for those who want to exercise while recovering from an injury or while pregnant.

Yoga Improve your flexibility, decrease stress, and maintain your health. Class will include a series of postures to stretch the body. Relax the mind with mediation and breathing exercises. Bring a floor mat.

Zumba It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow Latin dance inspired class that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Ditch the workout - join the party!
