In this interactive class, hone the skills necessary to embark on a career as a professional mixologist. Learn to create cocktails from time hon- ored industry staples to the latest trends. Gain knowledge about the various forms of alcohol, correct pouring techniques, glasses, garnish, drink recipes, as well as legal lia- bility and customer service techniques. The focus of this course is to prepare students for a career in the industry, but is also relevant to those who wish to ply this craft at home.
