Il modello BN 29 C è un tunnel per il lavaggio casse a nastro continuo e lava da 150 a 220 casse ora, nella versionestandard e 280 – 420 casse ora nella versione 4K. E’ realizzato con ingresso da destra e può essere dotato di soffiaturae sistema di caricamento dal tetto per l’utilizzo da parte di una sola persona. Micro economizzatore per l’acqua delrisciacquo e frizione di sicurezza sul trasporto, risciacquo a 85°C.Su questo modello si può utilizzare il sistema di lavaggio rotante che migliora l’efficacia del lavaggio, aumentando il con-tatto dell’acqua sul materiale da lavare.

Model BN 29 C is a tunnel for crate washing with continuous belt. It washes 150 to 220 crates per hour in the standardversion and 280 to 420 in the 4K version.It is manufactured with entry on the right and can be equipped with blowers and feeding system from the top, in order to beused by one person only. There is a micro economizer for the rinsing water and safety clutch on the belt. It rinses at 85°C. On this model we can apply the rotating washing system, that improves the effectiveness of washing by increasing the sur-face of contact with water on the material to wash.

In order to reduce labor costs, all models can be equipped with a return roller table or the load from the roof system both usable by asingle operator (except version BN 29 C 2 DX SOFP).

Il modello BN 29 C nelle sue versioni con riscaldamento elettrico “E” e con riscaldamento a vapore bassa pressione “V” rappresenta la soluzione per quanto riguarda produttività, spazio eprezzo. Completamente costruito in acciaio inox AISI 304, con tubazioni smontabili ad innesto rapido, trasporto in continuo con catene in materiale plastico e doppia velocità di avanzamento,permette un trattamento efficace di tutte le attrezzature utilizzate nel settore alimentare. Il modello BN 29 C può essere dotato di un modulo di soffiatura BN SOFP per ridurre i residui di acquasul materiale lavato, riducendo i tempi di riutilizzo. Su richiesta questo modello può essere dotato di nastri speciali per il lavaggio di particolari attrezzature, quali coppe di gelato o utensileria.

Model BN 29 C in two versions: electrical heating “E” and low pressure steam heating “V”, represents the ideal solution in terms of productivity, space and price. It is all AISI 304 stainless steel structure, with quick connect removable piping, continuous con-veying plastic chain tracks and double speed possibility, to allow efficient treatment of all utensils used in the food industry. Model BN 29 C can be provided with a blowing BN SOFP for reducing residual water on the washed parts, thereby reducing restarttimes. On request, this model can be provided with special conveyor belts for washing particular equipment, such as ice-cream cups or utensils.

Le modèle BN 29 C existe en version chauffage électrique “E”, chauffage vapeur basse pression “V”, pour ceux pour qui compte la place et le prix entièrement contruit en acier inox AISI 304, tubulures démontables, avec raccords rapides, convoyage en con-tinu par chaînes plastiques, deux vitesses d'avancement, permettant un réglage efficace pour le nettoyage des matériels utilisés en industrie alimentaire. Le modèle BN 29 C peut être équipé d'un module de soufflage BN SOFP pour réduire la quantité d'eausur le équipements lavés, réduisant ainsi le temps de réutilisation. Sur demande ce modèle peut être équipé d'un tapis spécial pour des matériels particuliers.

Das Modell BN 29 C in seinen zwei Ausführungen (mit elektrischer Heizung “E” und Dampfniederdruckheizung “V” stellt die perfekte Lösung in Bezug auf Leistung, Platz und Preis dar. Die Struktur besteht 100% aus Edelstahl AISI 304 ist mit abnehmbaren Leitungenmit Schnellkupplung,, einem aus Kunststoff-Dauerförderketten und Doppelvorschub ausgestattet. Es ermöglicht somit die gründliche Reinigung sämtlicher Geräte, die im Lebensmittelbereich verwendet werden. Das modell BN 29 C kann mit einem Blasen-Modul BN SOFP ausgestattet werden, um die Wassermenge auf dem gewaschenem Material zu reduzieren und damit eine schnellere Wiederverwendung zu erhalten. Auf Wunsch kann das Modell auch mit Spezialförderbändern für die Reinigung besonderer Gegenstände wieEisschalen und Werkzeuge ausgestattet werden.
