Lane Configurations, Sidewalks and Bike Lanes
The proposed widening of the Gowen Road underpass generally includes 3 eastbowestbound lanes one of these lanes is a dedicated right-turn only lane for Boise/
(think Micron workers headed home); there is also a right/through lane to help acc
demand. Please see the Layout display for details.
Because of the free-running, dual right-turns at the westbound I-84 ramp, ITD did
pedestrians to the mix. The proposal has a 10 foot wide shared bike/pedestrian pavside of Gowen Road from Federal Way to Eisenman Road. The segment of the pa
