    INTRODUCTION

    My project on the manufacturing of WRIST

    BOTTLE. The objective of this project is to

    determine the feasibility of the plant. I have

    collected data from many companies. The purposebehind my project is that there have some problem

    those people who go for jogging & sport persons,

    they feel thirsty and lack of glucose in body. They

    cannot have a bottle with us. I examined the problem

    and think about the project. A company called

    Hydro sport help in collecting the information.

    THIS BOTTLE FIT ON THE WRIST DESCRIBE AS A

    WRIST WATER BOTTLE.

    METHOD\PROCESS OF PRODUCTION OF BOTTLE:-

    There are basically four types of blow molding used in theproduction of plastic bottles, jugs and jars. These four types are:extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, stretch blowmolding and reheat and blow molding. Extrusion blow molding isperhaps the simplest type of blow molding, whereby a hot tube ofplastic material is dropped from an extruder and captured in awater cooled mold. Once the molds are closed, air is injectedthrough the top or the neck of the container; just as if one wereblowing up a balloon. When the hot plastic material is blown up

    and touches the walls of the mold the material "freezes" and thecontainer now maintains its rigid shape. There are various typesof shuttle, reciprocating and wheel style machines for theproduction of extrusion blown bottles. Shuttle or reciprocatingtype machines can be used for small, medium and high volumeproduction with wheel machines being the most efficient for hugevolume production of certain resins.

    Injection blow molding is partinjection molding and part blowmolding. With injection blowmolding, the hot plastic material isfirst injected into a cavity where itencircles the blow stem, which isused to create the neck andestablish the gram weight. The

    injected material is then carried to the next station on themachine, where it is blown up into the finished container as in theextrusion blow molding process above.

    Injection blow molding is generally suitable for smaller containersand absolutely no handle ware. Extrusion blow molding allows fora wide variety of container shapes, sizes and neck openings, aswell as the production of handle ware. Extrusion blown containerscan also have their gram weights adjusted through an extremelywide range, whereas injection blown containers usually have a setgram weight which cannot be changed unless a whole new set ofblow stems are built. Extrusion blow molds are generally muchless expensive than injection blow molds and can be produced ina much shorter period of time.

    The above figure clear that the cost of production is less than the

    investment. So we conclude the the business of productin of wrist bottle is

    beneficial for us.

    On the basis of feasibility report & above the given table there is a

    requirement of rs. 200,000/- for which I have applied for a loan in

    Citibank.

    CONCLUSION

    After the feasibility analysis and other important analysis

    I conclude that the plan production of wrist bottle is

    totally feasible. It is a beneficial project. This projectshows 70,000 as a profit.

    Since there is a availability of funds and thus as a

    company we do not need a loan from the bank.

    Also in the following year the sale are expected to grow.
