Strip Thickness : 6 – 10 mm.
Max width : 1800 mm.
Rolling speed : 900~2000mm/min.
Electrical control system mainly adopts a full digital adjustable-speed technology.
Cold Rolling Mill.Features :
Cold rolling mill can roll the aluminium cast coils or hot rolled coils.
Thickness range from 6~8mm down to the finished products of thickness 2~0.05mm after several passes.
Cold rolling mill is equipped with advanced hydraulic automatic gauge control (AGC) system.
Cold rolling mill is equipped with advanced automatic flatness control (AFC).
PLC and Drives are used to carry out the advanced electric control such as digital logical calculation, data set-up, automatically control etc.
Hot Rolling Mill.Features :
Single stand mill.
Cast slab rolling thickness : 300 – 500 mm.
Minimum o/p thickness : 5 mm.
Air wiping system to improve strip surface quality.
Electric screw down and hydraulic AGC used for roll gap adjustment.
Foil Rolling Mill.Features :
Aluminium foil roughing and finishing mill.
Finishing mill thickness up to 0.006mm.

Zhuoshen Ltd. made a successful cooperation with Germany SMS Demang on the 2300mm hot rolling mill and cold rolling mill project and a successful cooperation once again with Mitsubishi-Hitachi of Japan on coating line equipment in 2008.
