How to Become a CMIT
Minimum Educational-Experience Requirements
Masters or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or closely related program at an accredited college or university; or
75 credit hours toward a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management program; or
Associate’s degree or certificate level professionals in Construction Management or a closely related program, plus two (2) years of general design/construction experience; or
Four (4) years of general design/construction experience without any degree or educational background in construction management or related fields
