Doors. Finally we will see some changes in doors. I expect tohave pre-hung exterior doors in stock by mid-March. They willbe crated in twos to protect them from damage in shipment.Pricing and availability will be sent to you shortly.

Also, screen doors have been re-negotiated and you will seesome serious downward price adjustments by the end ofFebruary. We have also brought in vinyl screen doors as a newitem.

Pink insulation. There is a big cost advantage in buying pinkinsulation direct by the half truck or full truck. I have a dandycalculator on an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate everythingfor you. I can e-mail it to you. Call me to discuss pricing.

Steel prices are strengthening and we have an approximate 6%price increase on March 1, 2007 on rebar. As usual we willhold prices at the warehouse as long as inventories last.

Lumber is in the doldrums with price and availability fluctuations, mostly due to exterior influences such as the possible CN rail strike.

We now have contracts in place for IRLY premium lumber, sosupply of that product will be substantially better than last year.

Plywood shows some strength and will go up somewhat, howeverI suspect any increases may be short lived.

Please support the warehouse on roofing, insulation, gypsum andin fact most commodities. Our rebates are on based volume. Sowhen you buy from an outside source you may be hurting your-self. Please give me a call and I can discuss with you our pricing, and also the rebates you get at the end of the year.

Thank you for your support.

We will be listing a blanket ad for IRLY stores that are for salein the Western Investor magazine. Dealers will not be listedindividually. If you would like to sell your store, please contactGarry Anderson so that we may put you in touch with potentialbuyers.

Remember to get involved with a sporting event in your community!I have heard from several dealers who are excited about thisidea. Dealers who support sporting events in their communitywill be reimbursed a maximum of $1,000. This incentive is tobe put towards a rink board around a skating rink, a sign onthe fence of a baseball diamond, logos on team jerseys, etc.The artwork/billboard must be approved by IRLY. I know somedealers are hard at work at this already. Be sure to send inyour artwork.

Keep in mind the flyer has an end date ONLY and NO STARTDATE. This means you can start your flyer whenever you likeand run it for a longer or shorter period than the stated flyerdates. If you would like to specify different start dates with yourflyer, please contact me.
