THE RESORTThe property as only one entrance. It will be moni-tored 24/7 and is inaces-sible to outsiders. 50 hec-tares of flourishing park, a ‘green’ resort with lush tropical gardens.
STAFFAll the staff will under-take specific training.Furthermore, the medi-cal center on site will ensure all the members of staff are tested.
SUPPLIER CYCLESupplier cycle managed with a completely inde-pendent flow with no inter-action with the residents.Goods arriving at the resort will be strictly sanitized before delivery.
MEDICAL CENTER ON-SITE A medical center will be open 24/7. The establish-ment of a Covid protection medical facility guarantees the administration to all occupants (both customers and staff) of the tests nec-essary to verify their state of health.
TEAM OF DOCTORS AND HEALTH EXPERTSThe presence of a manage-ment team of doctors and health experts from the “Covid Management Team - CMT” sector, able to manage process-es in full compliance with the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
SANITIZING MEASURES The adoption of all the necessary actions to guar-antee a “sterile” resort through a stable activity of certified sanitation of all public and private areas (that will be carried twice a day).
ROOMS AND LUGGAGE DELIVERYRoom set up 2 times per day: Sanatizing, CleaningLinen. All luggage will be sanitized before entering the resort.
