o Thank you for choosing to book your Festive party with us! We can’t wait to see you all! To make sure everything goes without a hitch we’ve put

together some terms and conditions for you.

o Your Christmas booking with us is confirmed once we have received your non-refundable deposit payment. The deposit is £10 per person.

o We’ll make sure that your deposit is deducted from your final bill.

o We understand that you may have a lot of friends, but please be aware our Christmas Dinner Menu is limited to a maximum booking of 30

persons. Over 30 persons we have our Christmas canapes menu available.

o When you confirm your final numbers we will also need your full menu choices at least 7 working days before your booking, so it gives us plenty

of time to prepare.

o We would really appreciate it if you could arrive on time for your Christmas booking – it will help make your booking go as smoothly as possible.

If you do think you’ll be late please give us a call.

o All guests attending your Christmas party must be over the age of 18 years old and if any of your guests look younger than 25 please ensure

they bring a valid passport or driving license as proof of identification and age.

o All prices include VAT

o Bring Your Own: The Distillery is fully licensed so we do not allow BYO. Catering: The Distillery provides full food service, so we do not allow

external catering on the premises. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own celebration cake.

o Styling: you are more than welcome to add touches to your event but please no glitter, confetti, rice or any attachments to our walls.

o Venue exclusivity: Please note over the November -December period we may not be able to give exclusivity of The Cocktail Bar. On Friday &

Saturday evenings we can only take table reservations. Please contact us to find out more.
