Introduction

Festyvent is an App-as-a-Service for festivals, events and touring artists from Clarifi Media Limited. Festyvent can be used from large to small events such as festivals and conferences, venues with a roster of events as well as multi-location tours. Organisers, Artist managers and Promoters have access to powerful features such as videos, smart messaging, social media integration, analytics, sponsor messages and much more. This enables creation of a rich customer experience, without incurring the costs of a custom application.

About Festyvent

We believe that every venue, touring artist, festival and event (Festyvent) should have an app, no matter what the size and no matter what the occasion. Why? Because Festyvent’s apps and data platform are essential tools for festivals and touring artists to discover what audience’s love about them and to give them opportunities to spend lots of money on things they truly value. Unlike general artist apps, that are content access alternatives, Festyvent’s white-label apps are focused hubs for enhancing the event experiences that fans will pay for. Artist-to-fan connections become more authentic, so fans willingly share personal data that is used to identify additional things they value.

Document Purpose

When creating your Festyvent app through the Festyvent App builder, you will need to upload images for use in various parts of the app. These will include a logo for the event, promotional photos of the event and of performers as well as background images and photo-booth overlays. To assist you in creating these assets, this document specifies the image sizes and formats that you will need to use.

Social Media ✔ ✔ The minimum requirement for generation of Custom DIY and Custom Pro apps for submission to the Apple iTunes and to Google Play is the app icon and splash screen.


When creating your images, here are some guidelines to follow: • Give important graphics some breathing space. • Don’t put logos and text against the border of images. • Make sure App icon images fill out the frame completely and that they

leave no white space, no rounded edges and no borders.

Welcome Screens

Welcome screens can optionally be shown to inform users about the capabilities in the app and why they should login. This improves sign in rate and means more users get to receive notifications that are triggered by iBeacons, see examples below.
