Amen, Amen, I say to you, unless a
grain of wheat falls to the ground
and dies, it remains just a grain of
wheat; but if it dies, it produces
much fruit. (John 12)
Gathering Song/Canto de Entrada
Liturgy of the Word/Liturgia de la Palabra
First Reading/ Primera Lectura
Jeremiah 31: 31-34
Jeremías 31, 31-34
The days are coming, says the
LORD,
when I will make a new covenant
with the house of Israel
and the house of Judah.
It will not be like the covenant I
made with their fathers
the day I took them by the hand
to lead them forth from the land of
Egypt;
for they broke my covenant,
and I had to show myself their
master, says the LORD.
But this is the covenant that I will
make
with the house of Israel after those
days, says the LORD.
I will place my law within them and
write it upon their hearts;
I will be their God, and they shall be
my people.
No longer will they have need to
teach their friends and relatives
how to know the LORD.
All, from least to greatest, shall
know me, says the LORD,
for I will forgive their evildoing and
remember their sin no more.
The Word of the Lord
pueblo.
Ya nadie tendrá que instruir a su
prójimo ni a su hermano,
diciéndole: ‘Conoce al Señor’,
porque todos me van a conocer,
desde el más pequeño hasta el
mayor de todos,
cuando yo les perdone sus culpas
y olvide para siempre sus pecados”.
Palabra de Dios
Responsorial Psalm/Salmo Responsorial
Psalm 51: 3-4, 12-13, 14-15
Salmo 50, 3-4. 12-13. 14-15

Thoroughly wash me from my guilt
and of my sin cleanse me.

God. A clean heart create for me, O God,
and a steadfast spirit renew

Cast me not out from your
presence, and your Holy Spirit take
not from me.

sustain in me.
I will teach transgressors your
ways, and sinners shall return to
you.
R. Create a clean heart in me, O
God.
R. (12a) Crea en mí, Señor, un

R. Crea en mí, Señor, un corazón

y mantén en mí un alma generosa.
Enseñaré a los descarriados tus

y volverán a ti los pecadores. R.
R. Crea en mí, Señor, un corazón
puro.
Second Reading/ Segunda Lectura Hebrews 5: 7-9
Hebreos 5, 7-9
In the days when Christ Jesus was in
the flesh,
he offered prayers and supplications
with loud cries and tears
to the one who was able to save him
from death,
and he was heard because of his
reverence.
Son though he was, he learned
obedience from what he suffered;
and when he was made perfect,
he became the source of eternal
salvation for all who obey him.
The Word of the Lord
Hermanos: Durante su vida mortal,
Cristo ofreció oraciones y súplicas,
con fuertes voces y lágrimas, a aquel
que podía librarlo de la muerte, y
fue escuchado por su piedad. A

servant be.
R. Praise to you, Lord Jesus
Christ, King of Endless glory!
R. Honor y gloria a ti, Señor
vida eterna.
R. Honor y gloria a ti, Señor
Jesús.
Gospel/Evangelio
John 12:20-33 Juan 12, 20-33
Some Greeks who had come to
worship at the Passover Feast
came to Philip, who was from
Bethsaida in Galilee,
and asked him, “Sir, we would like
to see Jesus.”
Philip went and told Andrew;
then Andrew and Philip went and
told Jesus.
Jesus answered them,
“The hour has come for the Son of
Man to be glorified.
Amen, amen, I say to you,
unless a grain of wheat falls to the
ground and dies,
it remains just a grain of wheat;
but if it dies, it produces much fruit.
Whoever loves his life loses it,
and whoever hates his life in this
world will preserve it for eternal life.
Entre los que habían llegado a
Jerusalén para adorar a Dios en la
fiesta de Pascua, había algunos
griegos, los cuales se acercaron a
Felipe, el de Betsaida de Galilea, y
le pidieron: “Señor, quisiéramos ver
a Jesús”.
Felipe fue a decírselo a Andrés;
glorificado.
eterna.
El que quiera servirme, que me siga,
para que donde yo esté, también esté
Whoever serves me must follow
me,
and where I am, there also will my
servant be.
The Father will honor whoever
serves me.
“I am troubled now. Yet what
should I say?
‘Father, save me from this hour’?
But it was for this purpose that I
came to this hour.
Father, glorify your name.”
Then a voice came from heaven,
“I have glorified it and will glorify it
again.”
The crowd there heard it and said it
was thunder;
but others said, “An angel has
spoken to him.”
Jesus answered and said,
“This voice did not come for my
sake but for yours.
Now is the time of judgment on this
world;
now the ruler of this world will be
driven out.
And when I am lifted up from the
earth,
I will draw everyone to myself.”
He said this indicating the kind of
death he would die.
The Gospel of the Lord.
Homily
mi servidor. El que me sirve será
honrado por mi Padre.
Ahora que tengo miedo, ¿le voy a
decir a mi Padre: ‘Padre, líbrame de
esta hora’? No, pues precisamente
para esta hora he venido. Padre, dale
gloria a tu nombre”. Se oyó entonces
una voz que decía: “Lo he
glorificado y volveré a glorificarlo”.
De entre los que estaban ahí
presentes y oyeron aquella voz, unos
decían que había sido un trueno;
mundo. Cuando yo sea levantado de
la tierra, atraeré a todos hacia mí”.
Dijo esto, indicando de qué manera
habría de morir.
Palabra de Dios
Profession of Faith/Profesión de Fe I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit
was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under
Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord,
the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son
is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic and
apostolic Church.
I confess one baptism
for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of
the dead and the life of the world to come.
Amen
Creo en un solo Dios,
Padre todopoderoso,
engendrado, no creado,
de la misma naturaleza del Padre;
por quien todas las cosas fueron hechas;
que por nosotros los hombres,
y por nuestra salvación
descendió del cielo,
y por obra del Espíritu Santo
se encarnó en María La virgen,
y se hizo hombre;
y por nuestra causa fue crucificado
en tiempos de Poncio Pilato,
padeció y fue sepultado,
y resucitó al tercer día,
según las Escrituras,
y subió al cielo,
y está sentado a la derecha del Padre;

The Light is On for You
Confessions on all Wednesdays during Lent will be offered from 6:30-8:00p.m. Individual confessions will take place in the chapel. During this time of “The Light is On for You”, there will be an Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the main church. This gives parishioners the sacred space for prayer and adoration. Stations of the Cross on Fridays during Lent
Saint Ann will have the Stations of the Cross on all Fridays during Lent at 7p.m. Due to the pandemic and in keeping with the safety protocols for celebrations while in church, parishioners participating in-person for the Stations of the Cross are asked to stay in their pews, instead of walking the stations. Only the minister, altar server who is carrying the cross and the prayer leader will move around in the Stations of the Cross.
Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing are to be observed during these Lenten spiritual exercises in the
church.

NEW SCHEDULE FOR EASTER SUNDAY MASSES &INFORMATION ABOUT SIGN UPS
AND TICKETS Due to limited church seating capacity and a number of people want to celebrate Easter Sunday in person, attendance at the English Easter Sunday Masses on April 4 will require a ticket reservation. We have to make adjustments to our Mass schedule for Easter Sunday due to high demand for reservation / sign ups. 11AM Mass is booked and 8:30 AM is very close to filling. THE NEW EASTER SUNDAY MASS SCHEDULE
IS 6:30AM, 8:30AM and 11AM FOR ENGLISH MASSES.
THE INITIAL 8A.M. MASS IS MOVED TO 8:30AM.
THE SPANISH 2P.M. STAYS THE SAME.
THIS CHANGE OF MASS TIMES APPLIES ONLY TO EASTER SUNDAY.
Please know that the Easter Vigil Mass on April 3 at 8p.m. also counts for Easter Sunday. In fact, the liturgy of the Easter Vigil is the most solemn and the mother of all liturgies. It is rather late and a longer liturgy because it is a VIGIL to the Sunday of the Resurrection but it is a beautiful celebration. On a lighter side, if you haven’t been to Sunday Masses this year because of the pandemic when you could have gone safely, perhaps celebrating the Easter Vigil would be a good make up for Masses missed. The sign up geniuses are available. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0f4baba929a7fb6-sunday If you aren’t comfortable using sign up genius, Amy Strickland will be in the narthex after Masses this weekend to assist parishioners in filling out the sign up for Easter Masses You will receive confirmation of your reservation via email or telephone. Tickets will be printed for each Mass. Reserved tickets will be available for pickup from the narthex beginning at the weekend of March 20/21. Bring your tickets to the Easter Mass with you. Each Mass will have different colored tickets so you can hold them up to show the ushers when you enter and we can all maintain social distancing. Even if you have a ticket reservation, you are still expected to come at least 15 mins before the Mass time you signed up for.

Prayer to St. Joseph
Hail, Guardian of the Redeemer, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary. To you God entrusted his only Son; in you Mary placed her trust; with you Christ became man. Blessed Joseph, to us too, show yourself a father and guide us in the path of life. Obtain for us grace, mercy and courage, and defend us from every evil. Amen.
