JD Choi JD is an international tax expert and demonstrates

extraordinary client-focus.

Prior to forming TTI, JD worked as an international taxconsultant for over 14 years with three of Big Four

accounting firms. JD provides the vision for Tax Series, a cutting edge

corporate tax management software. He envisioned thatglobal tax management can be significantly enhancedby changing technical platform to the Internet.

Tax Technologies, Inc, now has clients with over 1,000users globally using Tax Series on quarterly basis fordata collection, compliance reporting, and provisionreporting.

JD graduated from the University of Texas and New York

Biren is an international tax authority with an excellent abilityto develop custom applications to help clients. He is well inboth international tax compliance and software developmentissues.

Prior to forming TTI with JD, Biren worked with JD at bothDeloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen LLP.

He manages both U.S. and overseas based service teamswhile serving as TTIs client service leader.

Also, thanks to his contribution, TTI established an Indiabased development and service center. India operationscontributed significantly to the success of TTI.
