    1. Ask pupils to name anddescribe food they eat athome e.g. thosai, nasilemak and dim sum on theboard.

    PRESENTATION/INTRODUCTION(10 mins)

    2. Teacher let pupils sharetheir favourite food forbreakfast, lunch and dinner.Then, introduce the conceptof balanced diet based onthe food pyramid.

    3. Teacher shows foodpyramid on the slide showwhile giving each pupils onepicture cards.

    4. Pupils try to match thefood they always consumewith the recommended one.

    Teacher writes all thosefoods on write board andchooses the healthy food.
