2. ALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES TO BE CONSTITUTED OF COPPER CONDUCTORS WITHIN ALAGGED PVC U CONDUIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 4.6 AND APPENDIX A OF‐AS4072.1, AND ARE TO BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITHAS1530.4 APPENDIX D.
3.PVC U PIPEWORK SERVICING KITCHEN SINKS, LAUNDRY TROUGHS, WATER CLOSETS,‐BASINS, PLUMBING STACKS AND THE LIKE ARE TO BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITHCLAUSE 10.11.5 OF AS1530.4 FOR FIRE RESISTANCE.
SERVICE PENETRATIONS
CONSTRUCTION DIMENSIONSTHE HARDSTAND WILL BE NOT LESS THAN 2.6 X 5.4 METERS TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SPACEFOR FIRE BRIGADE PUMPING AND CONNECTION TO THE EXTERNAL FIRE HYDRANT ANDBOOSTER ASSEMBLY.
BUILDING MATERIAL1. THE HARDSTAND WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AS A FLAT SURFACE (NO MORE THAN 4 DEGREES)IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MFB PUBLICATION GL 13 – 2003.‐
2. THE HARDSTAND WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF 150MM CONCRETE PAVERS DESIGNED TOWITHSTAND AN EQUALLY DISTRIBUTED LOAD OF 7KPA TO ENSURE A STABLE FOOTING FORTHE PUMPING APPLIANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MFB PUBLICATION GL 13 – 2003.‐
