STEP ONE: Once logged in, you will be directed to the homepage. To find the profile you wish to edit, use the ‘FIND A PERSON’ feature (circled in red). If you cannot find a person’s profile, you have the ability to create one yourself. This will be explained in a different PDF.

STEP TWO: When you have located the person you wish to edit (remembering there many be multiple profiles with the same name; service number is a good differentiator), click on the name to load the profile.

STEP THREE: To begin updating a profile, click the red button labelled ‘UPDATE DETAILS’ (circled in red).
