In order to ensure that all areas work effectively it is important that there is some balance between all of these areas. To assist you to assess you own balance please try the following quick assessment. Instructions - Rate your current situation, in each of the seven vital areas, from 1 (terrible) to 10 (perfect). After you have rated your current position in each area, highlight what is going well and what may need attention.
