Finding the balance Worksheet (r) Sport, career, education, money, health, family, friends and others, as well as, ‘Me’ time are all important areas of the life of an athlete. In order to ensure that all areas work effectively it is important that there is some balance between all of these areas. To assist you to assess you own balance please try the following quick assessment. Instructions - Rate your current situation, in each of the seven vital areas, from 1 (terrible) to 10 (perfect).
