NEW TIME: 7:00pm MONTHLY HOA MEETINGAll residents and home owners should note that our HOA meeting times have changed. The open public meeting will now start at 7:00pm and the Executive session will be held immediately following at approx. 8:00pm.Meetings are usually held the third Thursday of the month. Our meeting location remains unchanged at the Gilbert Historical Museum,Neely Community Room, Southeast corner of Elliot and Gilbert Roads.

Many HOAs have a emergency sheet for each home that allows the managementcompany or Board to contact a resident or next of kin in case of emergency, a break-in during vacation, broken sprinkler head, etc. If something were to happen, wouldanyone be able to notify your children or vice versa?

To help meet the needs of our families, we are creating an emergency contact list. It may not save a life, but it can help your peace of mind and protect your family! Ifyou haven’t returned it yet or need a new one, please call Vision at the number tothe right.

If you have questions you can also email the Board. We’d be happy to talk with youmore about it. Our hope is that we’d never have to use it and the information will beheld private and never sold or solicited in any way. Help us help you and your family.

Homeowner complaints overwarning letters? At an HOA Board meeting recently we were made awarethat we need to be more specific regarding items in warn-ing letters. We will also be looking into the issue of home-owners ‘not receiving letters’ and confusion regardingcommunications.

Know that the Board takes these matters seriously and understands that no one (including us!) is ever happy to see a notification letter. If you received a letter by mistakeor got a fine but never got a first letter, please be awarethat we are looking into this and you can call and ask forthe fine to be removed.

Can we also ask for your help?

If you feel that you received a letter that you didn’t deserve, please call Vision and let them know. They will doa re-inspection of your property. Feel freel to take picturesas well and email them to us.

“Thank You!” for your help and for those who came out to share this concern with us. You are helping all of us make Finley Farms a great place to live!
