A shrink sleeve is a printed tubular plasticfilm applied to the container andheatshrunk with a suitable hot air or steamshrink tunnel, adapting itself perfectly tothe shape of the container, becoming partof the same. Shrink sleeves can be usedfor totally (from the base to the top) orpartially decorating the container and canalso function as a guarantee seal, offeringmaximum safety and tamperproofingwhile being easy to open.

This new sytem offers a real advatange in the beverage industry, especially for dairy and soft drink products. The cluster is no more necessary thanks to the bundling function of the

SleevePackThe saving of material represent a major environmental initiative for all customers who

want to remark the very high “ecological sensibility” of this new packaging system. FINPAC Milano can supply the total system, including know-how and after sales service to

markets all over the world. A pre-perforation made by the sleeving machine permits the easy opening of the pack,

leaving a partially sleeved surface on each individual product. This is possible because of the hot melt printed under the sleeve which is activated by thermal shrinkage.

In this way as the multipack sleeve is removed, an irremovable portion remains on each individual product carrying the branding & any mandatory information required by law.

The sleeve, usually tends to cover a surface corresponding to the total package of the product.

This involves a considerable waste of material and related costs associated with the use of plastic materials used for

the production of the label.

With SleevePack the label will group the number of bottles needed without losing any of its previous functions (decoration, information about the product, and identification) but talking to 360 ° with a considerable saving of material : ecological aspect

associated with the economical one.

SleevePack functions as a multipack. With SleevePack, the surface of the bottle will not be covered entirely, but only in the external part of the group of bottles involved in wrapping (at the moment

we produces samples for a wrapping of 2, 3 or 4 bottles). This new system offers a clear advantage for industries specializing in beverages, especially in dairy and soft drinks. It provides a

significant reduction in costs for the producer without losing sight of the effectiveness of the product, which will have as added

value an “ecological sensibility"

SleevePack label consists of several parts: some removable (those between bottles) and

some that will remain fixed on the bottle. A vertical preperforation allows the removal of the part of label among the bottles, allowing

their separation, while another part will stick to just one product, maintaining unchanged the

relevant specific information.
