present case and is not required in judicial custody for any investigation.

Ld APP has opposed this bail application on the ground that

Investigation is complete. There is no previous involvement of accused.

The accused is not required for any other purposes. No useful purpose shall be

served by keeping him behind the bars. Accordingly, the accused Ajay Kumar
