Catify is the name of our translation interface!

Browser

TextMaster and Catify can work on the latest version of any browser on anycomputer. Still, we recommend Google Chrome!

Language Tool

Catify has an integrated proofreading software that works in several languages. Clickhere to learn more about the languages supported.

Grammarly

We strongly recommend using Grammarly, a free extension that activates the spellcheck in your browser. Download it here.

OUR PROJECTS – TRANSLATION TASKS (1/2)

IF THERE IS A FILE TO DOWNLOAD:

1. Once you have accepted the task, click onDownload to obtain the source file.

2. Remember to ask for a moderation if you needmore time.

3. When your translation is ready, Upload the fileand Save before clicking on Send text.

4. The file you upload has to be the same formatas the source file (ex: file.doc ≠ file.docx)

IF THERE IS SEGMENTED CONTENT:CATIFY

1. You can start translating directly online.

2. Validate each segment to be able to deliver thetask, shows the segment is validated.

3. Tags contained in the source segment must alsobe in the target.

4. When you are done with the translation, clickon Send to client.

OUR PLATFORM – COPYWRITING TASKS

IF THE TASK IS A COPYWRITING TASK:

1. The client lists the keywords and the number of times theymust appear in your text. If the keywords do not seemappropriate, ask for a moderation and we will find asolution.

2. The client’s instructions contain all the informationrequired for your copywriting job. Still unsure? Scroll downand contact the client!

3. Wordcount:

Minimum/Maximum: you will not be able to deliver your task ifyou write more/less than the given number.

+/- 10%: you may write up to 10% more/less than the givennumber

4. The copywriting projects are written on the platform in the« Free Text » box

5. Click on Save to back up your text and Send text when it isready to be delivered to the client.

OUR PLATFORM – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

DEADLINE AND TIMER OPTIONS CHOSEN BY THE CLIENT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION

2 possibilities:

1. The client gave a deadline when he created

the project: then you must return the document

before the displayed deadline. If you are

running out of time, please contact the project

manager.

2. The client did not give a deadline when he

created the project. In that case a timer is

displayed instead of the deadline. The timer is

automatic and calculated according to the

wordcount. If you are running out of time, you

can ask your project manager for a moderation

to pause the timer.

→ A document can be taken away from you if

you let the timer run out without first agreeing

on a new deadline with your project manager.

→ The time limit given by your project manager

always takes precedence over the timer.

Priority

Please put other projects on hold and start

this one as soon as possible. Of course, the

quality must remain the same, do not rush

the project.

Unique Author

The whole project has to be done by the

same author. If you take one task, the other

are yours too.

Expertise

You are able to access this project because

we trust your skills in the domain.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Quality Control

Some tasks are checked by a Language Manager before being sent to theclient. The Language Manager may contact you to revise your work, checkyour mailbox!

Delivery

When your click on Send to client, the client (or the Language Manager)receives it immediately in his/her interface. They have 7 to 14 days to askyou a question or request a revision.

Payment

After this 7 to 14 days period, you will receive your payment on yourTextMaster account. Upload an ID and withdraw your earnings when you haveat least 50€ in your wallet. It can take up to 48h before you receive yourearnings on your account.

→ Personal Information

Do not forget to complete your profile and to provide the requiredinformation. It will make the payment process, contact with project managersetc. much simpler.
