Marketing Assist with team marketing and creating a team business plan, as well as a team image/identity
2-‐3 times/week for first month, 1-‐2 times/week for 2-‐3 months after, once/week rest of year

Travel Logistics
Organize team travel to regional events outside of the local area
Once/week with the team, can work from home additionally

Writing Assist the media and fundraising team with sending updates about the team to sponsors and the community
2-‐3 times/week All year
Finance Help students manage team funds and assist with fundraising
2-‐3 times/week for first month, 1-‐2 times/week for 2-‐3 months after, once/week rest of year

Programming Teach students how to write programs for team project)

Graphic Design
Assist with creating banners, logos, brochures and t-‐shirts

Public Speaking
Coach the team to professionally present the themselves and the project to sponsors and judges

Social Media Help students reach our sponsors and community through website, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts

Website Teach students web design and help update team website

Project Management
Work with students to set time and performance goals
2-‐3 times/week for 2-‐3 months, 1-‐2 times/week rest of year
