FISHER HOUSE STILL NEEDS MORE BOOTS!! Please support the event and donate a pair of military boots. Will be used to line the run route in memory of fallen service members. Tripler Fisher House's goal is to collect more than 6,500 pairs of boots to represent the fallen heroes since 9/11. Aug. 18 @0700 at the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island.TRANSCRIPT

Join us in our efforts to raise awareness about the Tripler Fisher House and how we can assist our Military Families during a medical crisis orloss. We are partnering with each Military Branch, community partners and other non-profit organizations to bring this event to you. Thisevent is open to both military and civilians in the community.
•Pre-registration on site 0500-0600, Route starts at 0700 at the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island (Not a timed event)•There will be a no cost registration, everyone must register at www.active.com/running/honolulu-hi/tripler-fisher-house-hero-and-remembrance-run-walk-or-roll-2012, sorry no pets.•Keiki Fun Run•The military unit who runs with their colors and has the most participation will be awarded the “Traveling Bronzed Boots”, these boots willchange hands each year to the unit with the most participation. If your unit would like to compete for them please contact me.•Patriot/Motorcycle Riders will lead off the event, all riders must wear PPE per base regulations•After the run stay for the Pacific Aviation Museum’s Family Fun Day to include the “Biggest Little RC Air Show”, interactive military displays,music, food and vendors, motorcycle safety and bike show•Follow us at www.facebook.com/triplerfisherhouse for up to date info about the event•Parking will be available at the Pacific Aviation Museum•Please help us collect a pair of boots to represent each Service Member who has been KIA since 9/11, pictures and a flag will be added tohonor them.•Donations for the run are graciously accepted and will support the Tripler Fisher House 100% to help us continueto support our Military Families.
