KBX - Learn fundamentals of martial arts while involving strength and
endurance training
Swimming - Open swim session for lap swimming and aquatic
exercises
Active Recovery ndash let the body recover through simple low-impact
alignment exercises (Alternates with TBF)

Cross Training ndash Our very own Olympic Strength and Conditioning
Coach will guaranteed an overall improvement in strength and stamina
Chisel ndash basic use of weights to help strengthen and shape muscles
TRX- Fusion ($) - Fee based suspension training that involves
bodyweight exercises to develop strength balance flexibility and core
