King Combinations NipplesHose nipples, made from tubular stock, to fit straight end hose. Threaded end, in all styles, has male NPT thread. Combination nipples are recommended for low-pressure discharge and suction service for compatible liquids.NOTE: Not for compressible products such as air or nitrogen on sizes 1-1/4“ and above.

The working pressure of combination nipples will vary with the size and construction of the hose, the type and number of clamps used, clamp placement, proper installation of clamps, temperature and product being conveyed. In accordance with the RMA bulletin for oil suction and discharge hose, a coupled length of hose, in any size should be tested to 1-1/2 times the working pressure and held for fifteen minutes without leaking or coupling movement. Call us for recommendations specific to the application.NOTE: King Combination Nipples are not recommended for steam.

Shurjoint Grooved Piping SystemThe Shurjoint grooved piping system is a mechanical pipe joining method which first involves the grooving of the pipe ends to be connected. Next a specially designed and formulated gasket is stretched over the pipe ends and the coupling segments are placed over the gasket. Model SJ-200 Low-profile Butterfly ValveThe Shurjoint Model SJ-200 Butterfly Valve is a low profile, grooved-end butterfly valve for oil & gas and or mining services. Working pressure is rated up to 232 psi / 1600 kPa and service tem-peratures up to +180°F/+82°C (Nitrile body liner).

The Model SJ-200 features a fully rubber lined body with 316 stainless steel disc. The end-to-end dimensions conform to MSS SP-67. The lever handle is equipped with a tamper resistant locking device.
