A learning skills parent fact sheet with additional information is available at fmss.ca
“The comments should describe in overall terms what the students know and can do and should provide parents with personalized, clear, precise, and meaningful feedback. Teachers should all strive to help parents understand how they can support their children at home”
(Growing Success, p. 64).
The number of classes your child has missed are indicated in a fraction above the total number of classes up to the date of the report card
A fraction of 4/28 means your child has missed 4 periods out of a total of 28 periods
The number of lates is often an indicator of success.
