Back-up systems CO2 » BK201 - Liquid CO2 back-up system. In the need of intervenes autonomously, injecting small amounts of liquid carbon dioxide

that evaporates inside the chamber maintain the temperature below that of emergency (normally -65 ° C) for the time necessary to the repair. This method of germination, also known by the name of “table Copenhagen” or “table Jakobson”, is able to provide a controlled environment for comparative tests of seeds. Environmental control is achieved by providing seed a constant temperature and a humidity level carefully controlled and homogeneous to ensure that all samples treated equally. The desk test con-sists of a perforated shelf stainless steel AISI 304 located above a tank of water at room temperature controlled. In near of the holes may be positioned profiles of absorbent paper with the transparent domes (not supplied) that allow the comparative tests of germination.
