FLOWING YOUR PORTRAITS

ADJUSTING FLOW ORDER

Now let’s flow portraits!

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Select a GRID (A) on your page and the PORTRAIT SETTINGS menu will appear.

2. Select CHOOSE FLOW GROUP (B) and choose the GROUP (C) of portraits for each grid until you’ve flowed all portraits!

If you want to include the teacher and/or other roles on the same pages as the stu-dents, you will need to adjust the flow order.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. To adjust the remaining portraits, expand the CHANGE FLOW ORDER (A) section.

2. INCLUDE TEACHER (B) and/or any other roles, place a CHECKMARK next to their title and decide if they should appear BEFORE (C) or AFTER STUDENTS (D).

3. Then select FLOW PORTRAITS (E).

4. A PORTRAIT SAVE WARNING (F) will remind you to save your page. You will not be able to undo any previous edits once saved.

NOTE: In the example on the left, the roles will flow: Principal, Administration, Teacher, Assistant and then students. If you’d choose “AFTER STUDENTS (D),” this order would flow in reverse.

PICTAVO TIP: When flowing a large group, CHECK the FLOW THIS ENTIRE GROUP TO MULTIPLE PAGES and a new grid will be flowed onto consecutive pages until the entire group is flowed.
