We offer special Air freight rates, as charter space has been granted to us by some of the major Airlines due to our regular traffic from worldwide origins to UAE and UAE to worldwide destinations.

We are equipped with latest software solution as required by clients for immediate tracing, tracking & information of cargo through our agents and networks.

We execute AWB (Air Way Bill) of all major carriers and issue the Delivery Order within our office through Calogi.

Land Freight Experience

We offer scheduled door delivery LTL and FTL services from Dubai to all GCC countries.

• Commercial invoice - duly attested and legalized at origin.

Customs Clearance Procedure for Food Items

FLS team understands processes and procedures required for customs clearance of FMCG in UAE.

Delivery Order (D.O.) – documents required are Original BL or Surrendered BL and

Authorization letter from consignee.

Food Import Re-Export System - FIRS report can be processed by consignee/ FLS.

Free Zone Transit-in bill (BoE) – documents required in Original are Invoice, Packing List,

Certificate of Origin (CoO) and FIRS.

Inspection

Mandatory inspection by Dubai Municipality for which the trucker must carry.

Originals of BoE, Health certificate, Free Sale certificate, Phytosanitary

certificate (for plant related foods).

Copies of Invoice, Packing List, CoO and FIRS.

Dubai customs inspection – will be on case to case and only if appearing on the BoE.

Delivery to Warehouse for storage – subject to inspection clearance, the goods can be

moved to the warehouse for storage.
