INTENDED AUDIENCE

The content of this document is designed to facilitate the users -

managers, supervisors and others of Hide Price & Add to Cart Button

Extension for Magento 2. A step by step instruction has been added to

this document to help users to install the extension on Magento 2.

This extension will only work on Magento 2. As a safe practice always

backup your files and database before installing any extension on

Magento. If you are looking for someone to install the extension we

USER GUIDE

After installation of extension, make sure the setup is upgraded and static-contents are

deployed. Login to admin panel and flush you Magento cache storage.

HOW TO CONFIGURE THE EXTENSION

At the back end, go to Configurations. You can go there from FME Extensions >

Configuration. Here you will find the following:

General Settings

Enable Module: This will enable/disable Request a Callback Extension

Do not Apply Rules to Products ID’s: Rules created by user in “Manage Rule” section

are not applied on these product ID’s

Do not Apply Rules to Customer ID’s: Rules created by user in “Manage Rule” section

are not applied on these customer ID’s

Email Sender for Admin Reply Email: Select email sender through which emails will

be send by admin when replying on quote requests

Email Template for Admin Reply Email: Select email template which will be used for

admin reply



Hide Price Form Design

Hide Price Form: Add more fields to customize Inquiry Form

Admin Email Notifications

Send Email to: Enter email address on which user send quote requests. This will

notify the admin that he receives a new quote request

Email Sender: Select email sender through which emails will be send to admin

when user make a new quote request

Email Template: Select email template which will be used for admin notifications



Auto Reply Email Options

Enable: If “Yes”, confirmation email will be send automatically to the user whenever

he sends a quote request

Email Sender: Select email sender through which auto emails will be send to users

when user make a new quote request

Email Template: Select email template which will be used for auto reply email



Google reCAPTCHA

Enable: If “Yes” Google reCAPTCHA is shown on get a quote request form

reCAPTCHA Site Key: Enter reCAPTCHA site key

reCAPTCHA Secret Key: Enter reCAPTCHA secret key

Developer Options

These options need to be changed if you are using a custom Magento theme

"Add to Cart" Selector for Product View

"Add to Cart" Selector for Category View

"Add to Wish List" Selector

"Add to Compare" Selector

Category Item Selector



HOW TO MANAGE HIDE PRICE RULES

Go To Manage Rules

At the backend go to “Manage Rules”, you can go there from FME EXTENSIONS > Manage

Rules. You will find the following there. Click on the dropdown beside “Add Rule” to

continue.

Configure Rule Information

Here you will have to provide the following information:

General Settings

Title: Enter title of the rule

Priority: Set priority of the rule in form of numbers. One which has low number has

the highest priority and it will be applied first

Status: Select Enabled to enable this rule

Store View: Select store view on which the rule is applied

Customer Groups: Select Customer Groups on which rule is applied

Allow Countries: Select which countries rule will be applied

Start Date: Specify start date

End Date: Specify end date



Hide Price Options

Hide Price: Select “Yes” to Hide Price

Hide “Add to Cart”: Select “Yes” to Hide Add to Cart or “Select Replace with custom

button” to replace add to cart with a button

Hide “Add to Wishlist”: Select “Yes” to Hide Add to Wish list

Hide “Add to Compare”: Select “Yes” to Hide Add to Compare



Front End Options

Hide Price Text: Display the above text when price is hidden, e.g. ‘Call for Price’

Custom CSS Styles for Hide Price Link: Customize the CSS Styles for the Hide Price

Link

Upload Image: Show the uploaded image instead of price

Link URL: Use text ‘FMEHidePricePopup’ for opening Ajax Popup with a ‘Get a Quote’

form. Insert the page URL to redirect customers to any page you need



Conditions

Apply the rule only if the following conditions are met (leave blank for all products)

For the purpose of this guide we have selected the above configurations.



Front End

Now at the front end your rule will appear as the following. You can always go back and

edit this information.



HOW TO MANAGE QUOTE REQUESTS

Go To Manage Rules

At the back end go to Get a Quote Request, you can go there from FME EXTENSIONS >

Get a Quote Requests. Here you will find all the submission, click on any pending rule to

continue.

Reply to Callbacks

Now here you can reply to the callback as per your requirement. The replies will be

forwarded to their email in the selected template.



HOW TO IMPORT COUNTRY LISTS

At the back end go to Import Country List, you can go there from FME EXTENSIONS >

Import Country List. Here you will find the options to import countries list using

MaxMind Country IP Database as shown below.
