The total participation fee will depend on the number of booth you require. Booth larger than 9 sqm is available upon request. 2. Each Standard Shell Scheme booth of 9sqm will be equipped with carpet, wall panels, fascia panel with name of company, plug socket 220v, 1 spotlight, 1 table and 2 chairs. 3. The minimum space, which is required for FMM to organize the Malaysia Group Stand, is 72 sqm. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to amend the FMM Administrative charges and or to cancel our FMM Group participation in Foodex 2013. FMM staff will not travel with the exhibitors if this condition is not met. 4. Visa application is the responsibility of the participant, not FMM. Entry visas are issued to foreign citizens by consular offices in foreign countries subject to approval by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Participant shall not hold FMM responsible in any manner or liable for any direct or indirect cost incurred in the event that any visa application is rejected or delayed. 5. Cancellation of booth registration must be in writing to FMM. If cancellation is received: One month before the event – No refund
