FE E S — FM M M E M BE R : R M742 • N O N - M E M BE R : R M848

No one can deny the fact, that the world is shifting from analog to digital. With the evolution of modern technologies, ever y business out there in the market is trying to do every bit to be in the race. Gone are the days, when there wasn’t much competition and large business houses were used to have a monopoly in the market. In course of time, the competition in the field has grown significantly and the companies following precise digital strategies have started conquering the daily up’s and down of the market. Doing things in a digital way attracts the target audience whom you want to connect with your product or service, and distinguish between the growing business and the stagnant one. DEVELOPING EXECUTIVE PRESENCE USING 6 LEADERSHIP TOOLS

FE E S — FM M M E M BE R : R M583 • N O N - M E M BE R : R M689

This course outlines the components of executive presence and provides practical activities and resources to help existing and emerging executives develop leadership skills to more effectively influence and lead others in the organisation. If there is an issue, more often than not, they lack confidence and accompanying skillset of an inf luential leader. While you typically have all the technical/educational skills to help your team and organisation identify critical issues, you may often struggle with effectively influencing them to act upon your instructions. You may have difficulty fully articulating the organisational impact to gain the requisite support. Why? Perhaps you lack executive presence. If you want to elevate your leadership role to one who shapes broad organisational strategy, executive presence is a critical competency.

MEMBINA ETIKA KERJA YANG CEMERLANG

FE E S — FM M M E M BE R : R M371 • N O N - M E M BE R : R M477

A good work ethic is more than logging long hours on the job. It involves an attitude and actions that reflect integrity. The job market is so competitive now that if you don’t have a good work ethic, employers don’t think twice about looking for someone who meets their requirements. People know who has a strong work ethic and who doesn’t. “Your professional reputation precedes you. If your reputation is positive, people want to have you around, and that can lead to more opportunities and career advancement.

Q ual i t y Contro l and Q ual i t y A ssur ance Control are considered as critical process in manufacturing today. The QA/QC function plays a vital role in ensuring that the customer receives Defect Free products in the end. To achieve this, it is critical for the organisation to have a pool well-trained and highly-skilled QA/QC team who are not only able to detect problems BUT also able prevent problems from occurring in the first place. A mindset is essentially your emotional response to normal daily activities. You may be unable to change your job or other major constraints that may underline negative thinking. But you can approach frustrations with positivity by challenging negative thoughts and improving your outlook on life. With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic, and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing.
