Sub:- Circulation of Revised Eligibility List as per the existing Recruitment Rules for considering officials for promotion to the cadre of Senior Tax Assistant for R.Y. 2021(Review DPC) Sending of Vigilance Clearances & Additional Information - Regarding.

Kindly refer to th office letter F.No.Pr.CC/CHD/CB-1/2020-21/395 dated 23.02.2021, vide which Eligibility List of candidates for promotion to the cadre of Senior Tax Assistant for the Recruitment Year- 2021 was circulated amongst the field offices calling for Vigilance Clearances & Additional Information in respect of officials working under your Administrative Control. In view of the representations received in this regard, the Eligibility List has been revised.

In this connection, I have been directed to request you to kindly circulate the Revised Eligibility List (as per the existing Recruitment Rules) and send the Vigilance Clearances & the Additional Information in respect of the officials working under your Administrative Control. The Vigilance Clearances & Additional Information may kindly be sent to this office latest by April 15, 2021 in the enclosed proformas only. 3. It is further submitted that all the terms and conditions w.r.t the proposed Review DPC would be same as the original DPC convened on 30.12.2020.

4. Further, the eligibility list is subject to any review later for any contingency like number of vacancies, fixation of seniority, change in recruitment rules etc. and/or direction of any Court/CBDT/DoPT.
