Dual CCD Cameras to recognise fiducial marks and aligning PCB’s accurately Camera Resolution of 768 576 pixels, pixel size approx. 10micron Printing Repeatability: +/- 0.007mm, High Repeatability & Reliability Suitable for 0.3mm Lead Pitch IC’s and 01005 chip components

Flexible table can be moved into the print area quickly and reliably H-Shaped Conveyor Belt allows very thin PCB’s to be printed without loading problems The Unit secures very thin PCB’s by clamping both sides to prevent warpage. This clamping/support method improves positional accuracy and allows full contact printing across the circuit board
