TypesSERIF and SANS-SERIF
Serif Font A typeface with Serifs is called a Serif typeface(or Serifed typeface).Serifs are
considered to be decorative,their appearance may well serve a higher purpose.Serif
typefaces have historically been credited with increasing both readability and reading
speed of long passages of text because they help the eye-travel across a line,especially if
lines are long or have relatively open word spacing(as with some justified type).

Sans-Serif FontSans-Serif fonts are often used for headlines rather than for body text.Sans-Serif fonts
have become the most prevalent for display of text on computer screen.Sans-Serif have
different classifications,such as,Grotesque,Neo-grotesque,Geometric and Humanist.
