Place the frozen burger in a preheated frying pan with a little olive oil, cook on a low heat on both sides, for about 8 minutes.

Without defrosting, fry the falafels with plentiful oil at 150°C to 160°C, 5 falafels at a time, turning occasionally, for about 6 minutes until they turn a uniform golden colour. 

Preheat the oven at 180oC. Without defrosting the burgers place them on a greased baking tray and cook them for approximately 20 minutes.
