Easy Taco Dip Servings Per Recipe: 20--252 (16 ounce) cans refried beans1 (16 ounce) container sour cream1 package shredded taco cheese1 (1-1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning2 tomatoes (optional)green onion (optional)chopped black olives (optional)
DIRECTIONS• Mix package of taco seasoning and sour cream.• Layer beans on bottom of cake dish, then sour cream mixture, add shredded cheese and any other toppings. Chill for 30 minutes.• Serve with tortilla chips.
Per Serving: 90.8 Calories, 5.2g Fat, 365.8mg Sodium, 12.4mg Cholesterol, 8.6g Carbohydrate.
Party Pepperoncini Servings Per Recipe: 8
30 thin slices genoa salami30 thin slices provolone cheese1 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS• Drain the pepperoncinis and cut the ends off. (You may choose to squeeze the seed bundle out.)• Very lightly brush each slice of salami with olive oil.• Put a slice of provolone on each slice of salami and lightly brush with olive oil again. (If the provolone is wider than the salami, just fold it down on one side, then roll long-wise.).• Wrap salami and provolone around pepperoncini and secure with a toothpick. • Cover and refrigerate.
Per Serving: 26.8 Calories, 1.7g Fat, 665.2mg Sodium, 2.9g Carbohydrate.

Colquitt EMC Awards $177,000in College Scholarships
Sixty-two students from across Colquitt EMC’s seven-county service area are the recipients of college scholarships totaling $177,000. Since the program started in 2006, Colquitt EMC has been able to fund $1,875,000 in academic scholarships to 678 students. Funding for the scholarships is made possible through Georgia legislation which allows unclaimed capital credits to be used for education in the communities served by EMC’s.
