a) Post Graduate degree/diploma in Science /Engineering / Economic disciplines.

b) At least 15 years' experience of working withState or Central Government or PSU at a levelequivalent to Group 'A' level in Government ofIndia with demonstrable exposure in socio-economic developmental issues. Preferencewould be given to candidates with exposure toissues faced by micro, small and mediumenterprises.

c) At least 5 years of experience in programmeexecution, human resource management,financial management, coordination and capacitybuilding of stakeholders.

d) Experience of working in Government inindustries promotion, resource management, co-ordination and management of international andnational workshops involving stakeholders.

e) Experience of working with industry associations,academia and other institutions of MSME Eco-system.

f) Demonstrable project formulation,implementation and / or management experiencefor a World Bank / ADB / Multilateral fundedProjects in India is a must.

g) Experience in Procurement, FinancialManagement and Monitoring & Evaluation ofProgrammes.
